General Terms and Conditions

WE ARE STRIVING TO RESPECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These General Terms & Conditions of Business (hereinafter called: ‘TCB’) apply to all contracts and other legal business transactions between VIVABLAST and the customers on the one hand and all customers on the other hand, regardless of whether the customer is a natural person or a legal entity.

This TCB applies to customers whose companies are established in accordance with the definition. This TCB also applies to all future business transactions unless, even if, in an individual case, and in particular with future supplemental or subsequent orders, no specific reference is made to the TCB.
