1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- To build, develop and strengthen new business relationships to market residential, commercial, and complex renewable energy projects.
- To create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s regional reach
- To meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- To enlarge customer portfolio and secure/ increase turnover made with each customer already contracting with VIVABLAST.
- To collaborate with the supplier/ partner for service promotion
- To prepare and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s services to customers.
- To generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
- To research, develop, and modify services to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
- To identify areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
- To set and achieve sales goals.
2. JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education: University degree (Master degree in management or engineering).
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction services or related sectors, in preference in Vietnam or Asia.
- Language: English and Chinese
- Training: Management (marketing/commercial/business) with a technical backgrounds
