1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Education, Psychology or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and training, priority given to candidates who have worked in medium-sized to large companies.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and monitor effective training programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and human resource management tools.
• Mastery of modern recruitment principles, interviewing techniques, communication and training skills.
• Priority given to candidates who can use English at work (reading documents, interviewing candidates)

3. DUTIES
a. Recruitment:
• Responsible for the entire recruitment process from A-Z: planning, posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating and receiving personnel.
• Work directly with department heads to identify recruitment needs, develop short-term and long-term human resource plans.
• Develop potential candidate sources (Talent Pool) through social networks, recruitment events, specialized platforms…
• Develop and implement Employer Branding activities.
• Analyze periodic recruitment effectiveness and propose process improvements.
b. Training:
• Develop and implement internal training plans, integration training, soft skills and professional training according to each position/employee development roadmap.
• Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.
• Plan and organize classes, seminars, workshops, monitor results and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Manage training certificates of all company employees, update certificate expiration dates and send certificates to customers as required by the project.
• Update employee competency profiles.
c. Record keeping
• Control documents and related processes according to ISO standards.
4. AUTHORITIES
• Report all activities on a weekly basis as mentioned above closely.
• Update and submit for approval all statutory changes.
