In February, VIVABLAST collaborated with Belzona to organize an in-depth training session for our staff on Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal) – a high-temperature-resistant epoxy, and Ceramic Coating 1391T – a high-performance surface protection coating, at our AMPP Training Center. The program included both theoretical and hands-on training, enabling our technicians to gain a comprehensive understanding of each product’s properties and applications while enhancing their practical application skills.

Belzona 1511

Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal) is a two-part, solvent-free epoxy repair composite reinforced with a silicon-steel alloy. Designed for high-temperature metal repair, it provides excellent corrosion protection and withstands immersion up to 150°C (302°F). It can be overcoated without frost blasting, reducing costs and downtime. Easy to mix and apply without specialist tools, it cures to a durable, machinable finish.

Belzona 1391T

Belzona 1391T is a two-part, solvent-free epoxy coating with ceramic fillers, providing erosion and corrosion resistance up to 120°C (248°F) under immersion. It withstands various chemicals and can be applied with simple tools. Its long overcoat window and fast curing minimize downtime and simplify maintenance.
