What is Fibashield Pre-Insulated LNG Pipeline by VIVABLAST?

Fibashield Pre-Insulated LNG Pipeline systems offer fully coated, insulated, and jacketed pipes delivered to the site, with only the field weld area remaining to be finished. This system applies layers of insulation, vapor barriers, and jacketing to a rotating pipe from trolleys that move along tracks parallel to the pipe. With pre-insulation capabilities ranging from 6” to 42” pipe diameters, our insulation specifications cover a wide temperature range, from cryogenic temperatures as low as -190°C to high-pressure steam temperatures.
