Working Description:
- VB will provide skilled supervision, labor, equipment, necessary materials, and consumables to carry out maintenance services at a power plant in Vietnamregion in compliance with regulations.
- The scope of the service includes scaffolding erection with a height of 16 meters to access the working structure, then the painting for the structures, which is corroded after a long time of working.
- Step by step to do painting:
- Surface Preparation by using bio cleaner
- Apply Zinga system, this system can replace the normal primer, can create an effective cathodic protection layer, excellent adhesion, and heat resistance, helping maintain the durability and extend the lifespan of metals.
- VB will collaboratively perform a quality control check for corrosion protection. Provide scaffolding engineers, a painting crew, an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) officer, and a team of professional experts to execute the project. The workforce will be divided into two teams, each consisting of four personnel responsible for their tasks.
