1. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป:

• Graduated from intermediate and above.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials (e.g., fiberglass, carbon fiber) and repair processes.
• Hands-on experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods for blade inspections.
• Able to work at high and pressure. 

2. WORK RELATIONSHIP:

• Work with Management directly at Site. 

3. DUTIES:

• Perform inspection, damage assessment, and repairs on wind turbine blades, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Design and implement repair solutions using appropriate materials and techniques for composite structures.
• Work with rope access or platform systems to access blades at height for repairs and inspections.
• Collaborate with blade design engineers to understand blade specifications and implement repair strategies effectively.
• Develop damage reports, repair plans, and documentation of completed work for maintenance records.
• Perform root cause analysis on blade damage and recommend preventive measures to improve blade longevity and performance.
• Ensure all blade repair processes meet safety, environmental, and quality control standards.
• Coordinate with wind farm operators and field service teams to prioritize and schedule repairs.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members on blade inspection and repair techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in blade repair methods, materials, and industry best practices.

4. อำนาจหน้าที่: 

• Only handle machine, equipment or provided tools strictly as per training instruction, in his scope of responsibility.
• To report assigned work and any difficulties encountered (if any).
• To suggest reparation or replace damaged tools, machines and equipment or in the risk of damage.
• To submit revised work method to make better improvement
