VIVABLAST – Comprehensive protection for unmanned offshore platforms
Since 2019, VIVABLAST has provided a turnkey protection solution for a large offshore platform in Thailand. This project required extensive resources, including a skilled workforce and advanced equipment, and underscores our capability to deliver on large-scale, challenging projects.
In 2024, VIVABLAST has done a protection solution for Unmanned Offshore platform of Munin EPChc.
VIVABLAST’s comprehensive scope of work included:
- Thermal Spray: Applying specialized coatings to enhance surface durability and prevent wear and corrosion.
- Liquid Protective Coating: Using advanced coating systems to shield essential components from harsh environmental conditions.
- Passive Fire Protection: Implementing fire-resistant coatings to mitigate risks and ensure safety standards.
Project execution excellence
The team’s successful completion of over 28,000 square meters of structural coating—within a tight seven and half month timeframe—demonstrates VIVABLAST’s commitment to project execution excellence.
Through the efforts of a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, VIVABLAST thoroughly applied multi-layer coating systems, ensuring the platform’s readiness for deployment to the North Sea.
