VIVABLAST is dedicated to ethical and transparent business practices. To uphold this commitment, we have implemented an anti-bribery and corruption policy. The policy prohibits offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting any form of bribe or corrupt payment.
Facilitation payments are also prohibited. Employees, agents, or third parties acting on our behalf must report any suspected incidents of bribery or corruption. Any violation of the policy will result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
Anti-business Gift Policy
We value strong relationships with our clients, suppliers, and partners, but we maintain high ethical standards in all business dealings, including gift-giving.
Our anti-business gift policy prohibits employees from accepting or giving gifts that compromise or appear to compromise objectivity or create a perception of conflict of interest.
Employees must obtain approval from their managers and ensure gifts are of nominal value and appropriate for the situation. Any suspected breaches of this policy must be reported without fear of retaliation. Violations of the policy will result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
