Mechatronic Engineer

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of sensors, drives, mechanical and control systems.\
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Altium Designer, etc.
• Ability to program and configure control devices: PLC (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi…), HMI, microcontroller, etc.
• Good teamwork, problem solving and communication skills.
• Priority is given to candidates who can read and understand technical documents in English.

 

2. WORK –RELATIONSHIP:

• Direct report to HOD

 

3. DESCRIPTION:

• Operating, repairing and maintaining the electrical systems and automation systems.
• Understanding and analyzing aerodynamic controller drawings.
• Designing drawing, dissection drawing, calculating the volume of materials.
Understanding microprocessor systems, PLCs, CNCs, and programmable controllers.
Analyze, design and evaluate the automatic control to meet actual needs in production implementation.
Consulting and technical support about electrical, electronic and automatic systems for customers and other departments.
• Building application technical solutions for production.
Performing inspection, evaluation and handling of technical problems related to automatic systems. 

 

4. AUTHORITIES:

• To detect non conformity products in process.
• To sign in PROJECT documents.
• To control quantity of steel structures (incoming/outgoing) on delivery notes and sign them (acknowledge receipt or delivery).
• Suggest the ideas to improve / maximize production and minimize wastage

University degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Control Engineering or related fields

– Extensive knowledge of electrical, electronic and automation systems.
