1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Understanding customer needs and aligning product/services offerings with their requirements.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
• Conducting product/services demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contributing to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations.
2. RELATIONSHIP:
- Report to Commercial Head/BOM
- Cooperation with almost all departments of Vivablast
3. DUTIES:
Marketing;
- To identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Vivablast markets in order to determine most efficient corresponding actions and objectives, with ultimate objective of maximizing Vivablast market penetration and services value.
- To identify new markets opportunities basing on regular and deep analysis of market demand.
- In cooperation with BOM, to determine the best marketing strategy to secure and improve current Vivablast turnover.
- To develop and regularly update efficient marketing tools in line with marketing strategy.
Commercial:
- To enlarge customer portfolio and secure/increase turnover made with each customer already contracting with Vivablast.
- To advertize Vivablast through proper information on company activities and technical recommendations, in cooperation with QA/QC, Estimations and BOM.
- To build and develop a local and international network of People with key responsibilities and influence at all levels of Vivablast different markets (political, investors, contractors, etc..).
- To maximize sales.
- Understand our product/service’s technical features, functionalities and benefits.
- Study customer needs, pain points and business challenges and create a customized sales proposal with the sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalities and address technical questions and concerns from customers.
- Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries and participating in sales meetings.
- Liaise with the engineering or technical team to address technical concerns or requirements.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications and product training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide post-sales support to customers, including technical troubleshooting and customer training, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service.
- Give active feedback and insights from the market to the product development and marketing team.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products or services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings.
Safety regulations:
- Compliance with safety regulations, not in violation of safety regulations
- Recognise and resolve hazards according to relevant procedures
- Does not create health risks, safety for others and affect the environment
- Full compliance with safety instructions
4. AUTHORITIES:
- To implement whatever tasks BOM assigns commercial and marketing executive to do regarding sales and marketing.
