VIVABLAST Hosts Workshop on Career Opportunities in Wind Energy

In April 2025, VIVABLAST organized a special workshop for students of the Vietnam – Singapore College with the theme: “Career Opportunities in the Wind Energy Sector – Becoming a Blade Repair Technician.” This event is part of VIVABLAST’s ongoing collaboration with educational institutions, aiming to share industry knowledge, inspire young talent, and connect the next generation of technicians with the growing green energy sector.

During the workshop, students were introduced to an overview of the wind power industry, both in Vietnam and globally, and gained insight into the crucial role of technicians in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of wind turbines. VIVABLAST representatives provided real-world information about ongoing projects, technical standards, job requirements, and the unique working environment of the industry.

Beyond theoretical knowledge, students had the opportunity to directly engage with cutting-edge tools and technologies currently used by VIVABLAST in turbine installation and maintenance. These hands-on experiences offered a clearer understanding of the working conditions and essential skill sets required for wind turbine technicians in the modern age of technology.
